He started his career as field engineer of the then Technipetrol, becoming soon a reference point in the company and in the Oil &amp; Gas industry for his competence and hands-on skills in assuring the smooth installation, startup and operation of rotating equipment, in some of the most advanced industrial plants of the time.<\/p><p>His ability to bring in and collaborate with the best professionals to make things happen, granted a continuos influx of support requests. This market demand prompted C.
